Location great maids on point but manager needs people skills major and maybe anger management as well .owner was rude tried talking over the client and it was all around raw on managers part she needs not to be so quick to judgement to throwing people out and putting staff in between client and herself.
We stayed to keep from commuting 2 hours each way for 2 days. I was skeptical due to other reviews. We were amazed at how wonderful the staff and our room was. They even fixed the bathtub quickly so I could have a bath. They were extremely flexible with us staying over and gave us great recommendations for meal options. This location was convenient for not only being within 15 minutes of where my husband needed to be, but it had meal options close enough to walk.
This is a nice motel . It's what a traveler would want in a motel . The staff at the front desk are very nice . The rooms are clean, spacious, non oder rooms . The beds are clean and comfortable. Nice safe area . Plenty of amenities all around ( Walking distance) to get to . My wife and I will definitely stay here again . Btw like all travelers we have all come across some real beauties out there where you wouldn't let a roach sleep in . This is really a nice place. Happy trails.
Was able to get two rooms right away. The rooms were very nice. The bathroom was clean and plenty of clean white towels. I would stay here again.
Ok so I'm a local here and I go to all motel sometimes to just check out from life. We all know we don't want to here drama from other guest and we want to be treated with respect. At this specific Travelodge I will refer other people to this motel. The staff is extremely friendly, and I can go iny room and hear no sound from the other rooms, they always make sure I have fresh towels, toilet paper. And when walking by they always ask if I'm having a good stay. Rooms are very clean. Also great walking distant to convient stores fast food. So if your ready to relax i.would say book a room with Travelodge on oak Street.
Stayed here last year and got a upstairs room with private balcony so I asked for one this trip. The only one available was an executive suite with two queen beds but the nice clerk at the desk said we could have the upgrade at no extra cost. Sadly the room lacked a microwave. On our way out to dinner I informed the desk. Glad I did as they didn't know it was missing. Older room but clean and roomy. Enjoyed drinks on our balcony after dinner. Would stay here again.
I have stayed there maybe 50 nights. They have updated all the rooms it's always clean and safe. I do have to mention they have a new desk guy. He is the best, he is the real deal when it comes to customer service thank you for your kindness
Staff was so nice! We arrived late at night after a long day of driving and the guy at reception was so welcoming and kind! Really improved our mood. The stay was great, rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The sheets were also very soft. Good value for money.
